Main Products Introduction
SBS is a triblock copolymer with styrene and butadiene as monomers. It has the characteristics of both plastic and rubber. It shows high elasticity of rubber at room temperature and can be plasticized and molded at high temperature.
SEBS is a thermoplastic elastomer product made from SBS hydrogenation, with similar structure as SBS. It has good anti-oxidation and ozone resistance, good thermal stability and significantly better aging resistance than SBS.
The hydrogenated product of SIS can replace the regularity of the SEPS molecular chain after hydrogenation. It is not easy to crystallize，whichhas better flexibility and higher elasticity than partially crystalline SEBS and has a wide range of uses. It has excellent mechanical properties, weather resistance, low temperature resistance, electrical insulation, heat resistance, chemical resistance, and good compatibility with substituted, styrene-containing polymers.
SIS has developed rapidly and has become the second largest TPES product after SBS during recent years. About 90% of SIS is mainly used in the field of adhesives. The hot melt adhesive made with SIS as the main raw material is a kind of polymer adhesive that is solid at room temperature and liquid when heated and melted. It is coated in a hot melt stateand pressed and cooled to harden to achieve rapid bonding. It not only has superior viscosity, but also has good heat resistance. Without containing solvents, it is toxic and tasteless, and known as "green adhesive".
